What to Expect

(Please keep in mind that the form won't save work to come back to. If you need time to fill it out, please either email us the answers or use a document to back up your work!)

We’re so excited to bring your brand to life—Owl Style. Before we take flight, here’s what you need to know.

The Owl BrandUp is a fast-paced, focused experience where we craft your brand with purpose, personality, and polish—all in a short amount of your time. To make the magic happen, we prep behind the scenes with strategy, research, and design foundations, so we can soar straight into creation when the day arrives.

Before we begin, please read through the details below and complete the “Pre-BrandUp Info Needed” form on this page. (Prefer email? That works too—just send the info our way!)

By the time you join us, we’ve already done the deep dive—from research to moodboards to strategy, all based on the Owl Investigate Brief you approved. That way, we’re ready to build a brand that’s not only beautifully you—but bold enough to take on the world.

Your To Do List:

The Owl BrandUp is an iterative process
that builds on itself. We have a schedule
that we follow to ensure that we deliver all items as promised. This requires us to move along in the process in a timely manner.

But that doesn’t mean there isn’t room for feedback! Quite the contrary, we welcome your reactions, thoughts and questions as they come up. It’s important that we discuss all feedback before moving forward because all future decisions build on previous decisions.

Day 1 starts on Zoom at 10am ET sharp (unless otherwise discussed) and it is imperative that you arrive on time so that we stay on schedule.
